Envisioning a differentiated web experience

Hopper is working on bringing their award-winning app to the web. They approached WestCap for help designing a brand new web interface that strengthened their brand, connected better with target customers, and was adaptable for B2B clients. We delivered a user experience that not only drove results but also reinforced their distinct brand identity. We revamped the UX for the homepage search, listing, and detail pages, integrating a fresh, visually compelling design that elevates both functionality and brand presence. The finished product will be launching later this year.

Crafting a sales pitch for brand-conscious partners

Hopper was working on closing a deal with a major partner that’s very particular about their brand. This meant the pitch had to go beyond your typical business projections — it had to illustrate how a partnership would further the partner’s long-term vision. WestCap’s team led a weeklong sprint to craft a compelling sales narrative and to align on which of Hopper’s many fintech products were worth highlighting. The end result was a polished deck with designs showcasing Hopper’s features seamlessly integrated within the partner’s app. We capped it off with a sizzle reel that would help drum up excitement among executives.

Protecting brand with a strong cybersecurity foundation

Hopper needed access to affordable advanced security tools to take down impersonating websites and to detect chatter on the dark web. They also required ready-negotiated contracts with software suppliers to save time and resources. WestCap leveraged our network and expertise to secure group discounts on critical security tools, negotiated favorable contracts with software suppliers, and established a community platform for information security professionals to share knowledge and support each other.
